Minus five stars. Every time I open it in a room on the 6th floor, it has no idea where I am, and when I tell it which area, it tells ME I am on the tenth floor by the elevators!
hunk of junk "navigation" app. Gives you a series of pictures of hallways that all look the same and do nothing to navigate you to where you need to be. Completely undynamic, and a total waste of time. Do not bother downloading!
This app was very disappointing, it could never locate me even when I used Vandys wifi while waiting 12 hours for my husband's surgery. When I told it where I was, even though I asked for the nearest women's restroom, it kept sending me to the men's. Luckily Vandy had some very helpful folks working the information booth or I would have been lost!

I was standing next to a sign that told me I could use this app. But on every floor I went to in every area kept saying it wasn't covered.
It so hard to find your way around Vanderbilt hospital because of the enormous size, but thanks to this app it's become so streamlined that I don't have to be worried about missing an appointment ever again
